1. 選購商品

於EC GIFT網站上瀏覽或通過產品關鍵詞搜索適合的商品，通過電話、WhatsApp或電郵向客戶服務專員瞭解詳細的產品規格等資訊。

2. 發出報價

客戶服務專員了解客戶所需商品需求後，會透過WhatsApp或電郵發出對應的報價單，並會列明產品規格、訂購條款及相關注意事項。如需要，客人可申請免費樣品。

3. 確認訂單

請電郵已蓋章及簽署之ORDER FORM給我們，我們會於一個工作天內聯絡確認並透過電郵發出正式INVOICE，並列明價格、數量、生產時間。

4. 設計效果圖

我們根據客戶提供之LOGO（Create Outlines），免費製作成品效果圖供客戶確認。

5. 製作樣板

我們會發出效果圖確認信並詳細列明技術規格及可能出現之印刷效果問題，客戶確認並電郵回復後，將開始製作樣品。

6. 確認樣板

客戶收到樣品實物確認樣品之質量情況及印刷情況，以電郵回復樣品確認信。

7.生產大貨

客戶確認樣品後，我們會嚴緊地遵照ISO9001之流程要求進行大貨之生產（有些特殊情況下，我們會提供生產後的貨前樣品以供二次確認）。

8.檢驗品質

完成生產後，產品會送達EC GIFT的檢測中心，我們會嚴格按照國際通用AQL2.5質量檢驗標準及之前確定之樣品進行產品品質檢驗，盡可能確保每個產品都做到品質檢驗。

9.送貨上門

商品檢驗合格，客戶將會收到我們的送貨通知,享受EC GIFT的免費送貨服務至指定地點。

10.滿意認收

收到貨物後請客戶檢查驗收，我們會及時跟進客戶意見與反饋,相信客戶會滿意我們的產品質素及服務。

1. Select Gifts

Browse the EC GIFT website or search for suitable products by product keywords, and contact the customer service specialist for detailed product specifications by phone, WhatsApp or email.

2. Make an offer

Through communication, the customer service Specialist will send out the corresponding quotation through WhatsApp or email after knowing the customer's demand for the product, and will list the product specifications, order terms and matters needing attention. Guests can request free samples if required.

3. Confirm the order

Please email us the stamped and signed ORDER FORM. We will contact you within one working day for confirmation and issue a formal INVOICE by email indicating price, quantity and production time.

4. Design renderings

Based on LOGO (Create Outlines) provided by the customer, we made finished product renderings free of charge for customer confirmation.

5. Make samples

We will send out a confirmation of the effect drawing with detailed technical specifications and possible printing effect problems. Please confirm by email after the customer has confirmed the information.

6. Sample confirmation

Customers receive samples to confirm the quality and printing condition of the samples, please reply the sample confirmation letter by email.

7. Mass production

After the sample is confirmed by the customer, we will strictly follow the requirements of the ISO9001 process for mass production (in some special cases, we will provide the pre-delivery sample after production for the second confirmation).

8. Check for quality

After completion of production, the products will be delivered to EC GIFT's testing center. We will strictly conduct product quality inspections in accordance with the international general AQL2.5 quality inspection standards and previously determined samples to ensure that every product is quality inspected as much as possible.

9. Home delivery

After the goods pass the inspection, the customer will receive a delivery notice from us and enjoy the free delivery service of EC GIFT to the designated location.

10. Satisfactory acceptance

After receiving the goods, please customer inspection and acceptance, we will timely follow up customer comments and feedback, I believe customers will be satisfied with our product quality and service.
